DOV Program is a program led by and operated with adult facilitation. Weekly peer meetings, community outreach, and life skills, provide our youth with tools and experience that will translate into future positive rewards.

The Founder
Daphne Hart, being a mother of three daughters, began DOV in 2009 to help provide at risk youth with an alternative option.
